Herbomill Nutrolites sells food products, traditional food mixes, soup mixes, malt powders and related food products through its website.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

07. Payment

Herbomill website currently accepts online payments only. Available payment methods may include: UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking and other payment methods provided by our payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on the Herbomill website.
Herbomill Nutrolites will never ask customers to provide their OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or payment password.

08. Shipping

Orders will be dispatched according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

09. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Intellectual Property

The Herbomill Nutrolites name, logo, trademarks, product photographs, website content, graphics, videos, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to Herbomill Nutrolites. Unauthorised copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
